Atlus Announces Trauma Team

Coming to Wii in Spring 2010

by Sarah

Coming after an avalanche of pre-E3 announcements, Atlus has announced a new medical simulation puzzle game: Trauma Team. No, it’s not another Trauma Center sequel, not that I would complain if it that were the case. Instead, in Trauma Team, you will get to experience six fields of medicine: general surgeon, diagnostician, E.M.T., orthopedic surgeon, endoscope technician, and medical examiner. I have no idea what most of those things are, but I think I’ve watched enough Grey’s Anatomy to get a vague idea.

Although they didn’t say in their press release, I would expect to see this (or at least hear more about it) at E3 next week. Trauma Team will be out for the Wii next spring, so we’re still about a year away from seeing a release. I’m a fan of the Trauma Center games, so I think this looks pretty interesting. Anyone else intrigued?
