Check Out Some Favorite Game Characters in LittleBigPlanet
Old Snake and Sephiroth Make the Cut

As if I didn’t have enough reasons to look forward to LittleBigPlanet, two more were just announced during the opening hours of Tokyo Game Show. In addition to Kratos and Nariko, two more beloved video game characters are going to get Sack-ified in the game: Old Snake from Metal Gear Solid 4, and Sephiroth, badass antagonist of Final Fantasy VII fame. Can I just say that this is completely awesome? Although this is clearly the least frightening that Sephiroth has ever looked, I still love him, and Old Snake’s got a killer mustache. It seems that even Media Molecule’s Alex Evans is in shock about having gotten these guys in the game, as he told Sony “When we were looking at what options as a studio we’d have to work with, they were under the ‘yeah, right!’ category of games.” Alex didn’t say how these guys would come into play, but I’m guessing we’ll find out soon. Just as a reminder (not that you needed one) LittleBigPlanet comes out in less than two weeks. I hope you’ve got your copy reserved.
