God of War III Reserves Start Today
Put Money Down Now For One of 2009's Biggest Games
by Sarah
It’s a great day to be a God of War fan. Not only does God of War: Chains of Olympus come out today for the PSP, but it’s also been confirmed that GameStop will begin taking reserves for God of War III today as well. The next God of War title, which, needless to say, will be one of the PS3’s biggest exclusives, was hinted at in the manual for Chains of Olympus. It appears that Kratos fans have only a year to wait until God of War III.
Chains of Olympus, which serves as a prequel to the God of War series, is already being called the greatest game on the PSP, with reviews being overwhelmingly positive. Our sources at GameStop have confirmed that God of War III has a generic “February 2009” date as of right now. However, since every God of War game ever has come out in March in the U.S., I don’t think it’s much of a stretch to imagine we’ll see God of War III in March of next year.
