Guitar Hero: World Tour Set List Revealed
We Are All Just Prisoners Here, of Our Own Device
by Sarah

When I got the press release from Activision today announcing the full set list for Guitar Hero: World Tour, I expected to see a bunch of good songs and long for them to appear in Rock Band instead. However, even though I knew that the Eagles, one of my favorite bands, were finally making their music game appearance in World Tour, I was unaware that my favorite song of all time, “Hotel California”, was the selection from that band. What a gyp! Why is that not in Rock Band 2? I’ve been calling for that song since Day One! I may have to give Guitar Hero: World Tour more attention than I originally planned.
In all honestly, this is a pretty awesome collection of songs. Of course, as always, there are also some stinkers, but I must say that I’m impressed. Well done, Activision. As for you, Harmonix, I’d like you to squeeze some Eagles into Rock Band 2 before its Sunday release date. That’s not too much to ask, is it? Check out the full set list below.

some cool stuff, not a terrible set list.
Reasons it's worth it: Janes's Addiction, Beastie Boys, Dinosaur Jr., Nirvana, Filter, At the Drive In
Reason it's not worth it: it's not worth it.
one day someone will explain to me what's so good about At the Drive-In.
at the drive in, beastie boys, billy idol, blondie, dinosaur jr, fleetwood mac (i will sing along to that chorus no matter where i am), interpol, jane's addiction, jimi hendrix, mars volta, michael jackson, modest mouse, muse, no doubt, pat benatar, rem, mashing spumpkins, tool
...yeah. wow.
that's not even counting all the songs that i "don't mind"
I agree with my fellow Sean on this one...
I don't find it that great Oo
Where are all the Metal Legends ?
I mean we have Motorhead, Billy Idol, Metallica and Tool... But where is Iron Maiden ? Judas Priest ? And Others ? Too bad I which I could play on those songs... I hope they'll be release on the Live!
