Japan Getting Special Edition Kingdom Hearts DSi
America Getting... Jealous

Japan is really a winner when it comes to getting differently-colored and themed video game systems. At last count, they had approximately one zillion variations of all of the currently available consoles, and they’re about to add one more to the list: this super-pretty Kingdom Hearts-themed DSi. The system will be included in a bundle with Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, which is scheduled to release on May 30 in Japan.
No word yet on whether or not other regions will be seeing this DSi, but my guess would be no. Actually, that would be kind of a relief, since I don’t need any temptation to buy a system I don’t actually need. I’m also still not sold on this whole 358/2 thing, despite being a huge Kingdom Hearts fan. Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days is currently scheduled to ship on August 31 in North America, so stay tuned to find out whether or not we’ll get this neat bundle.
