Lazlow Hitting Liberty City Airwaves in Ballad of Gay Tony
GTA’s Favorite Radio Host is Back
by Sarah

Grand Theft Auto III was the first game in the GTA series I played, and I became obsessed almost instantly. There were so many things to love about that game when it first came out, but one of my favorites was radio host Lazlow and his hilarious show. That’s why I felt a jolt of excitement this morning while I was reading Twitter trying to find out what everyone ate for breakfast and saw RockstarGames tweet the following: “Lazlow Returns to the Liberty City Radio Dial in The Ballad of Gay Tony”.
Sure, it’s not like Lazlow hasn’t been around since GTA III; most recently, he was one of the voices of GTA IV. It’s still nice to hear for two reasons, though. Firstly, the radio stations in the Grand Theft Auto series just heighten an already great gaming experience. Secondly, this sort of attention to detail shows that Rockstar is, once again, treating this expansion as almost a full game release and not just a cash-in on the massive success of GTA IV. Yes, I know this barely counts as news, but you already had two release dates announced today, so stop complaining. You can hear more Lazlow when The Ballad of Gay Tony later this year.

Meh... more Weazel I'm good with... I can take or leave Lazlow.
The lack of Lazlow for a good chunk of GTA IV was a problem... and they didn't nearly utilize him to his full potential. Hopefully this signals a bigger role.
