Along with a big cover story on Gears of War 3, it has been revealed that June's issue of Game Informer will feature another big sequel: LittleBigPlanet 2. Sure, it may not be on the same level as Gears 3, but the next console installment in Media Molecule's charming do-it-yourself platformer series is still pretty awesome news. Too bad I have absolutely no additional information to share with you.

Instead, how about we just speculate about LBP2? Let's see, I'm guessing a big reveal to an audience of totally not surprised journalists is coming at Sony's E3 press conference. As for the game itself, is a holiday 2010 release date too hopeful? Maybe with improved online functionality and less floaty controls? Hmmm? Don't get me wrong, LittleBigPlanet was one of my favorite games of 2008 and I still absolutely love it, but there was definitely room for improvement. What do you think?
