LittleBigPlanet Valentine's Day DLC Coming This Week
Updated: The Price Was Wrong
by Sarah

Do you know what next weekend is? That’s right, it’s the Gamervision Left 4 Dead Community Event! Also, less importantly, it’s Valentine’s Day. Guys, if you want to show your ladies a really romantic evening, you need look no further than your own PS3. The good folks at Sony and Media Molecule are handing out more free holiday-themed LittleBigPlanet DLC, this time in the form of the previously-hinted at Valentine’s Day theme pack. Now that’s love.
Although the costume is kind of barebones, there will also be some stickers and decorations in the DLC also. Most importantly, it’s free. Like all of the free holiday DLC, this pack will only be around for a couple of weeks, so be sure to grab it ASAP. In a related reminder, according to the LittleBigPlanet site, “be sure to download the Groundhog Day costume from the PS Store today as this may be your only chance before it’s gone forever.” That sounds ominous.
UPDATE: According to Mark Valledor, SCEA's Marketing Manager, the price for this DLC was originally incorrect on the official PlayStation site. It is in fact $2.99.
