More PSP2 Rumors Surface
Might Be Out by Christmas, Complete With Second Analog Stick
by Sarah

The fabled PSP2 is getting to be right up there with the 360 Blu-ray and PS3 price drop in terms of rumors that just won’t go away. Once again, this as-yet-unannounced successor to Sony’s current handheld is making the internet rounds, with another source (a developer for the system, according to Pocket Gamer) claiming that it is not only in the works, but that it will be on store shelves by the end of this year. The supposed new features include a touch screen, second analog stick, and, you know, time travel, turning straw into gold, your typical handheld traits.
Despite Sony’s recent dismissal of such rumors, it’s getting harder to ignore them, and it does seem like at least some part of this will turn out to be true; after all, with E3 only a couple of months away, Sony could have a big summer announcement up their sleeves. I actually don’t want it to be true, mostly because I’m selfish and don’t want to have to buy another PSP. However, even I will admit that a second analog stick sure would come in handy. I doubt we’ll have any confirmation on this story anytime soon, but we’ll let you know when the next PSP2 rumor surfaces (most likely in two hours).

Repent for the second coming of the PSP is at hand!!!
I'm weary of believing any PSP2 nonsense. I hope it's true, but, again, weary.
I don't know... part of me wants to believe this, since there are so many issues with the current PSP. But on the other hand, with all the recent support Sony has shown the current one, I am skeptical.
After this comment, I really doubt it.
Wow. That was an arrogant article topic. Thanks for sharing that, J.
