New Harry Potter Game Trailer is Potteriffic

Yes, I’m a huge Harry Potter fan. Like, really huge. If you want to talk shit on the series, I’ll probably fight you. I love the books, and I love the movies. The games, though? Not so much. That being said, I did volunteer to review Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince about a year ago, filled with the cautious optimism that the latest movie tie-in might not suck. With the delay of the movie from last November to this summer, the team at EA has had a bit more time to work on the game. Let’s see what they’ve come up with!
I don’t know, I’m still not overwhelmed, but I’m hoping that the game will at least be fun. Maybe it will surprise me. I do feel that there is a lot of potential that hasn’t been tapped into yet, so perhaps Half-Blood Prince is the game to get it right.
Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince will be out June 30, right before the movie’s July release. We’ll have a full review for you this summer.

Looks like a decent game. When RAZ sees this he's going to give me crap for saying the word "decent" over the phone. That's how much a fan of the franchise he is.

i am looking forward to this game i just hope that they fix the controls and make them way better than the last game. the trailer looked sweet and i cant wait to battle.
looks like it could be fun. The quidditch however looks very weak sauce.
I think if I offered a game of Quidditch he'd cum in his pants.
Dueling is going to be BAMF, and at least Quidditch has sweet gray-fix even if it won't be worthwhile :/

I thought the Wii version of the last game was actually pretty good... I'd be down for more of that style gameplay
