New Steambot Chronicles Battle Tournament Screens Are Robolicious
Live from the Cockpit of a Towering Mechanical Contraption

Thank you, Atlus. Once again, you have made my job a million times easier by releasing a press release worded so perfectly that I can’t even begin to paraphrase. Yes, I could tell you that there are a bunch of new screenshots for upcoming PSP game Steambot Chronicles Battle Tournament in the article below, but let’s face it, that’s boring. A PR guy risking life and limb to bring you this news from a “towering mechanical contraption”, though? These are the kinds of things that make slow news days tolerable.
Seriously though, check out the press release and screenshots below.
IRVINE, CALIFORNIA - MAY 20, 2009 -- Atlus U.S.A., Inc., after laboring for over ten minutes to navigate its hulking Trotmobile up to the podium, today released the official box art and first English screens from the North American release of Steambot Chronicles™ Battle Tournament for PSP® (PlayStation®Portable) system.
"Thank you for attending this box art and screenshot release presentation," began Aram Jabbari, manager of PR and sales, from the cockpit of his towering mechanical contraption. "We're thrilled to be able to present these new assets using our fantastic replica Trotmobile, the fightable, customizable star of Steambot Chronicles Battle Tournament. As for the screens, well, there's something to be said for being able to see the game for the first time in English---wait, did someone just activate my cannon? Oh gosh... it's going to blow... everyone clear out," bellowed the frantic spokesperson, signaling the end of the press conference amidst much panicked screaming.
Steambot Chronicles Battle Tournament fires its engines this summer.
