Atlus sent along a press release today announcing that the soundtrack to Yggdra Union, their upcoming card-based tactical RPG, would be available to those who pre-order the PSP game. The bonus soundtrack will be a GameStop exclusive, and was previously only released in Japan. Hey, for the low, low price of free, that’s a good deal considering you get 56 tracks, assuming you were planning to get the game anyway.

I’ve been playing through Yggdra Union over the past week, and I’ve found the music pretty pleasant. Not the most memorable RPG soundtrack of all time, but nice nonetheless. I’ve also been digging the game, so if you were on the fence about where to get it, this might be the thing to put you over the edge. The game ships September 16, so you have almost a month to decide. The full press release is below.
