Okay, we're usually not in the business of posting trailers for games that have been out for six months, but I couldn't resist. This holiday trailer, which counts down the reason you should buy The Sims 3 for yourself or someone you love this winter, is ridiculous. Not only does it feature "Jingle Bells" in Simlish, but it provides every reason you would ever need to spend $50 on this game. Live out your fantasy of woohoo-ing with your best friend's mom? Check. Set your little brother on fire? Check. Hang out with the Grim Reaper? Oh yeah. Watch as your husband is electrocuted while he tries to repair the dishwasher? What better way to get in the holiday spirit?

I already have The Sims 3, but watching this video actually made me want to go home and play it some more. I thought I had seen almost everything the game had to offer, but I've never made out with Death, so clearly I have not lived. If you didn't pick up The Sims 3 this year, it's not a bad idea to put it on your gift wish list. You'll have a hard time finding anything as addictively silly anytime soon.
