Tim Schafer: The Game is Probably the Best Thing You'll See Today
A Game Designer Walks into a Bar...
by Sarah

I frequent the Double Fine Action News blog, which Tim Schafer updates, under the guise of work; after all, he could post something about Brütal Legend, and that would almost certainly be news. However, even when he posts things that aren’t quite news-worthy (like his baby using Wii Fit, or finding weevils in his cereal), they’re still usually hilarious. Today, though, the hilarity was never-ending, because the awesome people at Double Fine have put together a little point-and-click adventure called Tim Schafer: The Game.
I really shouldn’t have to explain the concept to you, because you should have immediately abandoned this article to go play it, but for the sake of professionalism, I’ll indulge you (and my bosses, who don’t much care for it when I stop writing articles halfway through). In the game (like in real life), Tim is getting ready to host this week’s Game Developers Choice awards, but doesn’t have any jokes to tell (hopefully not like in real life). Guide him through his dressing room and help him out! Can you find all 22 jokes and make Tim the best host ever?
I just wasted… uh, worked really hard for half an hour playing the game, and I still haven’t found all of the jokes. However, I have found a lot of humor. Go Tim Schafer! May your hosting be awesome.

I don't necessarily get all the jokes, but I had a great time playing it!
I gave up at twelve... Good game though. I like point-and-click-adventures.
Hey! Since when did Sean get himself put into a game? See that, there, next to these comments? That's Sean in that screen cap!
Yay! I found all 22! You get to unlock something once you do!
Damn it! I'm stuck on 12....
Woo! Go J-Man! I was stuck on 12 for awhile, and then I realized I had the last clue I needed all along...
You were right. It was the best thing I saw yesterday. What about today, now?
