Upcoming European LittleBigPlanet DLC Detailed
Hopefully We'll See it in North America Soon
by Sarah
It’s been a few weeks since we’ve gotten any downloadable content for LittleBigPlanet, and my Sackgirl is feeling a bit neglected. Though Sony originally promised some new swag this week, it’s apparently been delayed. However, starting on January 26, some adorable new costumes will start rolling out—at least, they will in Europe. The European LittleBigPlanet site has the details on the forthcoming DLC, and if history is any indication, most (if not all) of these should be making their way to the North American PlayStation Store at some point.
26 January - Chinese New Year Costumes - available for 10 days only.
29 January - God of War mini pack
- Kratos costume
- Groundhog Day costume - available for 1 week only.
05 February - Valentines Day mini pack - available for 2 weeks only.
12 February - Ape Escape Costume
- Toro Costume
19 February - WipEout Costume Kit
I assume the WipEout costumes will cost a few bucks, but hopefully the holiday-themed costumes will be free, as were the Halloween pumpkin head, Thanksgiving turkey, and Christmas Santa outfit. Stay tuned to find out whether or not North America is going to get gypped on these sweet costumes.

i cant remember where i looked but the Chinese New Year and Groundhog Day are free correct?
That groundhog costume must be mine, even if I have to pay for it.
I'm right there with you, Sean!
Chinese New Year? I thought it was Christopher Walken with random Asian chick from Balls of Fury.
