Replacing Sound Effects with Voice Results in Goodness

Modding Half Life 2 is nothing new. Since the game's release, fans with a knack for code and some time on their hands have been adding new weapons, maps, and gameplay modes. And just when you think you've seen it all, some guy comes along and breaks the mold. A Ukranian modder who goes by the YouTube handle of TRASEE666 has re-edited the game, replacing all of the sound effects with his own voice. It's actually quite impressive to watch/hear.

With vocal talents like that, chances are he'll soon be hearing from the producers of the Police Academy movies. It's been a few years since we've checked in on those screwball cops, and it may be time for Michael "Officer Jones" Winslow to get himself a sound effect making partner.

I usually do that by just muting the sound. Oh, and also, that's the Gravity Gun, it doesn't go pew pew. It goes, like, vrooo!
He correctly identified that this is only entertaining for 7 minutes. After that, the most obnoxious thing on the planet.
Pretty funny, but agreed this has a very short shelf life.
yeah, my attention span was deff shorter than 7 min. I got bored when he was still showing off the guns.
