A new trailer for the soon-to-be-released Batman: Arkham Asylum is out today, highlighting the various tools and gadgets that the Dark Knight will employ as he makes his way through the infamous institution. Sure, we've all seen the Batarang before, but how many times have you seen the explosive gel gun knock down walls? Yeah, not many.

My early level of excitement for this game was pretty low, but now, having spent some time with the demo and seeing these videos coming out, I feel like this is going to be a hell of a good game. Batman is the ultimate badass, even though, as 00.19 is apt to point out, he doesn't do well with bullets. Fortunately, there looks to be plenty of other weapons in his arsenal.
