Call of Duty: World at War Screen Shots
The Greatest Generation is Called Up.... AGAIN
by Sean
This has sort of been the week for Call of Duty: World at War. We've seen the first trailer, and all its grey glory. We've been given the details on the multi-player game modes, and its promise of co-op and levelling. Personally, the hype campaign has been a successful one for Treyarch. I mean before this week, I was ready to chalk up World at War as an unnecessary trip back in time to a war I'm getting tired of winning. But the bits and pieces that I have seen have got me pretty pumped to play this one.
And with today's release of seven new screenshots, my level of excitement just keeps growing. I mean, yeah, it's another World War II shooter. But the fact is, it just looks good.
So check out these screens (click 'em to make 'em bigger) and get ready to go back into the breach, once more.

These screens do some justice but the trailer is THAT much better! It's available for download at the Playstation Store on the PS3. Haven't checked the PC PS Store to see. Could be there, could not be.
Looks amazing either way!
QMarc- you're absolutely right. The trailer is fantastic. I'm totally psyched.
