EA Games, makers of, well, just about everything, have announced Celebrity Sports Showdown, a new sports competition game coming to the Wii this winter. The game will feature 10 celebrities competing in 12 events. They promise it will be "the ultimate party game to play with people of all ages."

The celebrities are:

• Fergie
• Avril Lavigne
• LeAnn Rimes
• Keith Urban
• Nelly Furtado
• Paul Pierce
• Mia Hamm
• Kristi Yamaguchi
• Reggie Bush
• Sugar Ray Leonard

And the games:

• Beach Volleyball
• Inner-Tubing
• Wild Water Canoeing
• Hurdle Derby
• Slalom Showdown
• Cliff Hangers
• Smash Badminton
• Rapid Fire Archery
• Joust Duel
• Curling
• Arena Dodgeball
• Air Racers

Now, far be it from me to point out that a) those ten people have NOTHING in common or that b) none of those people come immediately to mind when I hear the word "celebrity". But there is a part of me that would be interested in finding out who the better archer is: Avril Lavigne or Sugar Ray Leonard.
