Gamervision.com Editiorial Policy

And If You Don't Know, then Now You Know...

by Sean

In light of the recent controversy brewing over at GameSpot, I wanted to take an opportunity to clarify the position of Gamervision.com on several key issues. As editor-in-chief of the site, I feel I have a responsibility to make our community aware of Gamervision's policies regarding the handling of game reviews.

I'll put this as plainly as I can: you will never read a game review on Gamervision that is slanted or biased by financial or marketing considerations. Our reviewers are all gamers, and are all entitled to their own opinions. At no time will any editor or executive limit the ability of a reviewer to express their opinion about a game based on a relationship with a particular developer/publisher/etc.

That's it. For our editorial mission statement, and a definition of our game ranking system, click here.

@ soulscreme - What does making money have to do with Gamervision editorial policy? Maybe you should enjoy the content and honesty you find at Gamervision instead of thinking of conspiracy theories. Oh, and we really did land on the moon.
