Here's the Box Art for Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles

Hair Parted in the Middle? Check. Ponytail? Check. Pistol? Check.

Capcom has unveiled the box art for Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles, the upcoming Wii-exclusive rail-shooter. Although there's nothing terribly exciting going on with the box, there's a few things worth noting. First of all, all the required elements of an RE game have made the final cut. You've got Leon S. Kennedy and Claire Redfield looking warily at the camera, with a host of ominous looking zombie-creatures menacing in the background. Also present is Steve Burnside from CODE Veronica, and what Capcom is referring to as "a mystery character lurking in the shadows". Ooooo... mysterious!

Other than that, it's pretty standard Wii box art. Just as an aside: is it just me, or does Leon need to get himself a new haircut? He's been sporting that Jennifer Aniston inspired middle-parted look for far too long now, and it's starting to become a bit embarrassing.

i still have a hard time taking "dark" covers seriously with that fresh little wii logo in the top right corner

    Breakdown of the "mystery character"
    60% chance that's Wesker
30% chance it's Hunk (please be Hunk!)
    8% chance it's Ark Thompson
2% chance it's the Spanish guy who was guarding Claire in jail and gets eaten by that giant worm.
