It's been just over a month since Michael Jackson shuffled off this mortal coil. Oh? You hadn't heard? Well, in fairness, the news media has kept the whole story kind of under wraps, so it's understandable if this is the first you've heard about it. Anyway, since his passing, there have been any number and variety of tributes to the late, great King of Pop. Radio stations have put his songs back into rotation, television channels that were once dedicated to playing music videos have once again discovered the ability to show MJ's oeuvre, and gamers have been digging through used game bins trying to get their hands on Moonwalker.One intrepid modder has gone us all one better, and created this video featuring Michael making his way through Super Mario Bros. Pulling Michael straight out of Moonwalker and inserting him into the mushroom kingdom doesn't seem like it would be a natural fit, but it somehow works really well. I knew that the moonwalk was a powerful dance, but I had no idea it had the ability to destroy bricks, deflect fireballs, and build pipes.
