NBA 2K10 Picks Its Kobe Cover
I Demand a Recount!
by Sean

Two weeks ago 2K Games gave the world a chance to vote on one of four different covers for their upcoming NBA 2K10. Sure, it was already established that Kobe Bryant would be the cover athlete, but it was up to all of us to determine which of four possible covers would be the final version. And despite myself, the people of Iran (maybe), and Spike Lee rallying pretty hard to get Kobe in a Knicks jersey named the winner, it would appear that too many other people out there felt differently, as 2K has announced the winning cover today, and here it is:

Not that there's anything wrong with this particular cover, but there isn't anything overly exciting about it either. I mean, we can see Kobe in his Lakers #24 jersey for 82 regular season, and however many post-season games. I made no secret about my desire to see Kobe in Knicks blue, if only to tease stinking Knicks fans with a player whose caliber they've never had. But I guess I'll have to settle with the vote count. Maybe I'll move to Tehran.

Um... yay?
Wait the Knicks are a real team?
@ Dominic - Nobody ever said that. Well, not seriously, that is.
