This week 2K Games is hoping to make you an offer you'd be unlikely to refuse, delivering Mafia II to store shelves. The early buzz on the game is that the developer's open world crime sim is a decent offering, managing to shake the "GTA clone" label and carve out a niche for itself. I'm not sure how eager gamers are to plunk down sixty bucks for basically the same game, but all indications are that Mafia II may be worth the price. Also out this week is 2K's NHL 2K11 for the Wii. The developer decided to take a year off from developing NHL ports for the PS3 and 360, so if you're a fan of the franchise, the Wii is the only way to go for 2011.
