It would appear that most of the major game publishers have decided to get out of the way of Microsoft this week, as the only really big game that is releasing is Halo: Reach. Potentially Bungie's final Halo game, Reach has generated a fair amount of buzz, due mostly to the huge marketing and advertising blitz that has accompanied its development. Early reviews for the game have been pretty good, with many agreeing that Reach is a fitting conclusion for a developer that has become synonymous with 360 shooters. If you're not a fan of that particular universe, you may just want to stay away from the game stores altoghether this week. The tie-in for Zack Snyder's magical owl movie, Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga'Hoole, comes out for pretty much every system imaginable, and fans of Middle Earth and muddy graphics alike can delight in Lord of the Rings: Aragorn's Quest for the Wii and PS2. But really, it's all about Halo.
