New Velvet Assassin Trailer Inspires

The Words of Churchill Have Never Been Sultrier

by Sean

SouthPeak Games dropped a new trailer today for Velvet Assassin, their upcoming World War II stealth-action release. The trailer shows a mess of Violette Summer's stealth kills (the finished game is purported to have over 50) and features one of the more famous speeches from World War II, Winston Churchill's "We shall fight them on the beaches...", but read in a sultry woman's voice. Nazi hunting has never been hotter!

Check it out:

I can tell you this much, if Churchill had been dressed in a stained white silk nightie, it's entirely possible that the war would never have ended. I can imagine wave after wave of German soldier pouring across the English Channel in an attempt to get a personal "audience" with the world's hottest prime minister.

We have an exclusive interview coming up later this week with one of Velvet Assassin's Project Managers, where we dig for all the information about the game he can provide. Be sure to check back to read that! Velvet Assassin hits the 360 and PS3 on April 14th.

She's pretty hot. I just wish that the game were more so than her. Seems like it's going to be another Bourne game. Yes. This looks just like it, but with a female protagonist. I'll keep my breathe.
