Next Week in Rock Band DLC: Return of the 80s
You've Been Down too Long in the Midnight Sea . . .
by Sean

I find it a little hard to believe that Rock Band, a series that has been around since 2007, has absolutely no Dio available for download. I mean, can you think of band that is better suited for RB's style of party gameplay than Ronnie James Dio's rotating cast of metalheads? But the fact is that there simply isn't any Dio available through the Rock Band store. Until next week. That's right folks, for the first time in the nearly three years since Rock Band dropped, you'll finally be able to rock out to "Holy Diver". And it's about time. But the 80s hits don't stop there, oh no. Another stalwart of that decade, Morrisey, also makes his Rock Band debut with two songs; one a solo effort and the other from the band he fronted, the Smiths. Of course, in light of some recent controversial comments made by Morrisey, it might be a poorly timed first appearance, but what can you do?
