Ever since I was first introduced to it on my NES, I have loved Sim City. I love everything about it. The powerful feeling of turning a flat piece of land into something great. To look at the rivers, trees and hills and see where a block of stores should go. Where to lay the train tracks. Where best to put the airport to keep pollution out of your residents' faces but make sure you attract people to the city center. And I tried some of the other Sim games: Sim Earth, Sim Ant, The Sims. But as good, or great, as some of those titles were, none of them came close to Sim City, the best non-game game of all time.

And having just recently purchased a DS, I became very excited by some screenshots of Sim City DS. Its been available for a while in Japan, the hand-held God simulator (as Jack Thompson no doubt know it...) will be released here June 19th.
