Taking a page right out of Karl Rove's book, our own Coop accused fellow employee Sarah of various crimes; from Michael Vick-esque animal treatment, to embezzlement, and I'm pretty sure he accused her of shooting down Emelia Earhart with the Lindbergh baby. And why, why would our own Coop stoop to this level? Because Sarah had reported that Resident Evil 0 was being ported to the Wii? No, because that story turned out to be false.

So... just to recap:

On Thursday, Sarah's all, "Oh, hey! Resident Evil 0 is coming to the Wii! It's gonna be great!"

Then Friday, Coop's like, "Nuh uh! Cause, like, Eurogamer said, that's  like um, only in Japan! Also, you smell bad and you are mean and you, um, you... nuh uh!"

Maybe all the fussin' and the fightin' needs to end, and all parties can finally come together in peace and harmony. Cause the fact is that not even Capcom knows for sure what's going on.

As Coop said, Eurogamer got this from a Capcom spokesman, "We currently have no plans to bring the Wii version of Resident Evil 0 that you saw in Famitsu yesterday to either US or Europe at this point in time." So, okay, not coming to the Europe or the US.

Not so fast...

Just today, on the Capcom blog (via Wiifanboy...) we get this cryptic statement that the developers, "are watching the progress on the game, and if it ends up blowing up huge like RE4 Wii did, we'll evaluate the possibility of bringing it over here and flipping the lingo sos that y'all can read it."

If I'm up to date on my hip slang, "flipping the lingo" refers either to translating the game for the North American region, or cheating to win on a Chuck Woolery-hosted game show.

So there you go, in black and white. They're going to watch progress and reevaluate! Now that's a smackdown! 

Oh and to Europe: sorry you're still not getting it. But at least you have the Euro...
