Sony's Pulse blog has listed the 10 most downloaded PSN games of 2008. The list contains a few surprises, for example, PAIN being the number one game of the year, and the enormous popularity of High Velocity Bowling. There are also a few games that are conspicuous by their absence, namely Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix (which we just heard rave sales numbers about) and On the Rainslick Precipice of Darkness (which broke XBL sales records). One might even make the argument that this list seems to be very heavy on PSN-exclusive games.
