What Are You Playing This Week?

This week finds me attempting to finish up a handfull of games that I have sitting at about 85% completion. First on the list, I really want to get to the end of On the Rainslick Precipice of Darkness Episode 2, just so that I can say I did it. I'm also going to try my heart out to get my NHL '09 created player (a right winger named Sean Curran) called up to the NHL. I'm tired of having to be stuck in the goddamn AHL. Once those two tasks are out of the way, I'm going to try to get some time in with Resistance 2, since I basically ignored it once NHL '09 and Endwar came into my life.
But the most important thing for me this week will be boning up on Left 4 Dead. With the big Community Playdate coming up this weekend, I am a touch apprehensive about my current skill level on the zombie-survival shooter. While I'm sure that a lot of you out there are most likely better than me at it, I want to at least be able to hold my own. I hope to make myself, and my site, proud.

well i just beat Uncharted so this week will be spent in Persona 4 (40 hours in, just beat the Secret Labs), The Genesis Collection (ALTERED BEASTS!!!!), NHL 09 (3 of my friends just bought a PS3 and this game) and probably some LBP/Buzz with the lady.
If I have time to play anything, it will probably be Left 4 Dead. So... yeah.

Hoping to finally be able to pick up NHL 09.
Unfortunately I don't have time for gaming this week, but I can regale you with my accomplishments of last week:
I finally beat the LBP story mode, and have just about wrapped up all the 100% items found (4 levels remaining). But I don't know how I'm going "Ace" every level!?! Some of them seem just shy of impossible to finish with no lives lost (I'm looking at you Wilderness).
Also I finished Prince of Persia (didn't like the ending, wanna fight about it?)
Also I downloaded the Fallout DLC and played for about 2 minutes before I got conned into helping remodel the kitchen... Oh well, no rest for the weary.
If anything, I'll be playing many DVD's. This week is actual writing work and two tests. Tons of fun! Yay!
In all seriousness I think this week I'll be limited to the Killzone 2 demo, the Halo Wars demo and [maybe] some NHL 09 and Tiger Woods 08.
Hopefully I'll be able to do more than have a DVD on in the background. We will see.
Left 4 Dead, Left 4 Dead & more Left 4 Dead
Finally picked up Mirror's Edge and loving it. Of course of Left 4 Dead, preparing for the big weekend, and possibly some Prince of Persia. I'm thinking I should pick it up again and just finish it. I'm trying to get myself to like it, I really am. It's not bad, it's just...it's not the PoP that I know and love, I guess.
i'll be demoing out this week, Killzone 2 and MLB 09 the show, and prob a little fallout 3, that game is freakin huge.
See, I find this whole mindset fascinating.
