Skateboarding and snowboarding go together with video games in the sense that they're all things you'd rather be doing than going to math class or cleaning out the garage. Still, these interests coincide more often than not, thus providing Mike Benson with the perfect landscape to make all you geeks on boards drool and dream. I mean, except for you surfers. What is it that you do all day, anyway?

I wasn't really sure what to make of it all upfront. I'm not really one for sports, extreme or passive. But having an older brother that is both a gamer and a skater (still), I couldn't help but fondly remember him teaching me how to use the Atari 2600 a very long time ago. Therefore I give this video a fuzzy sentimental thumbs up. Even if the Portal bit made me a little dizzy and those Space Invaders were total assholes. And while I'll probably never get on a board again, I can't help but be tempted by a little late night Pac-Man stroll.
