Sure, you can go into any game store and buy a used copy of Burnout 3: Takedown for $10, but now, for only $5 more, you can have the privilege of buying it through Xbox Live Originals.  Why would you want to do that?  I honestly have no idea, but come January 14, you’ll have the option to download one of the best racing games in recent years for 1200 Microsoft Points.  

The announcement is especially good news for those of you who are none too happy about the new open city format found in the Burnout: Paradise.  It could also serve as a good indicator of whether or not the Xbox Originals program is a viable one.
