The already incredibly awesome Burnout Paradise demo will be getting an upgrade some time between today and January 14.  Apparently, there were enough people who complained that the demo should have had 8-player support just like the full version for Criterion to comply.  In addition to doubling the amount of players, they’re also adding 13 new Freeburn Challenges to the free demo.  Criterion’s creative director, Alex Ward has stated that Burnout Paradise is the “best demo released all year," so how mind-blowingly good will it be after the upgrade?  Will we even be able to handle it?  More importantly, will anyone bother buying the game when the demo is so full of content?
