Capcom Announcing New Vs. Game This Year?
If Tatsunoko Vs. Capcom Sells....

Prepare yourselves for some seriously rampant speculation; Capcom may announce a new Vs. game this year. Speaking with Kotaku, the producer of Tatsunoko vs. Capcom, Ryota Niitsuma, stated, "I would love to do more versus series, more types of games like Marvel Vs. Capcom 2. There are all of these possibilities working with other companies, seeing what we could do with them. There are so many game companies I'd love to work with,” adding, "If sales are really good (for Tatsunoko vs. Capcom: Ultimate All-Stars) then you can see an announcement within this year.”
Tatsunoko vs. Capcom: Ulimate All-Stars, a Wii exclusive, is the seventh game to pit Capcom’s characters in 2D combat against creations from other fictional universes. Fans have clamored for a third installment in the Marvel vs. Capcom series for years, but many Capcom lovers would be happy to see Capcom vs. just about anything, as long as it’s a recognizable universe. Japanese fans and western otaku may be excited about Tatsunoko, but most American gamers don’t have a clue who Yatterman or Neo-Human Casshern are. Back in September, Capcom called for members of their community site to give suggestions for the next Vs. game, so perhaps they’ve gotten some great recommendations that they plan to implement in whatever their next release is.
Regardless, it seems like the chances of a new Vs. game being announced hinge on the success of Tatsunoko vs. Capcom, so anyone who wants to see Ryu and Ken fight Lando Calrissian, Dr. Who, Willow, or Freddy Krueger, get out there and buy it. The game looks pretty crazy and fun to begin with, and you’ll also get a lesson in popular Japanese characters. One of them is a giant talking lighter!

All of the Yatterman endings rock so hard.
The game is pretty much DORONBO VS EVERYONE: NEW AGE OF TANDEM BICYCLE RIDING.
can't wait to take down everyone with tekkaman.
I would love to play with Willow. Capcom already made the sprites and it's still a beast of an arcade platformer.
