We get so many press releases in a day, we can’t post them all, we can’t even read them all, and we certainly can’t be interested in them all.  Luckily, this one caught my eye, and because of it, I’ll be buying the game.  It’s Darwinia+ on the Xbox Live Arcade, and it’s coming February 10.  It also looks crazy awesome with a capital CRAZY AWESOME.

I’m not sure how I missed out on Darwinia, or its sequel, Multiwinia, but both will be included in Darwinia+, giving gamers like myself a great opportunity to experience the game that’s been called “the most refreshing, beautiful, frustrating, compelling and … original game … in many a year.”  even better, both games will be upgraded, including upgraded visuals, improved frame rate, and a new, streamlined control interface.

At only 1200 ($15), it offers two full games at only one quarter the price of a retail game.  In fact, a little quick math reveals that if you don’t buy Darwinia+ on Xbox Live Arcade, you’ve actually lost money.  I said it was quick math, not necessarily accurate math.
