The new trailer for the American release of Professor Layton and the Diabolical Box, the sequel to Professor Layton and the Curious Village, was released yesterday, much to the delight of me.  Check it out.

As a huge fan of the first game, I couldn’t be more excited for this second iteration.  Hell, I found myself trying to solve puzzles within the trailer; that train ticket is hiding something, I just know it.  The Diabolical Box seems to feature the same puzzle-heavy gameplay as the original, but, based on the trailer, there seems to be more action in the game’s plot. 

Japan has been playing this game for almost two years now, but we won’t get our hands on it until August 24.  That date can’t come fast enough.
