The British PR team over at EA may have spilled the beans a bit early, and announced Command & Conquer 4 on Twitter before they were supposed to.  That’s Twitter for you.

New release: EA LOS ANGELES ANNOUNCES THE DEVELOPMENT OF COMMAND & CONQUER 4.

Not exactly cryptic, is it?  The tweet also included a tiny url that links to an EA press release page.  Strangely, the C&C4 announcement doesn’t appear here, indicating that perhaps the UK PR team might have done something before they were supposed to.  Until we get an OFFICIAL official word from EA, this will have to remain a rumor, but a rumor that’s extremely substantiated and eventually going to be announced.
