Factory Worker "Liberates" 3DS
Video of the Console In Inaction!
The Nintendo 3DS may be months away from release, but thanks to a sneaky factory worker, we’ve got a look at what appears to be a nearly-finished 3DS out in the wild. The video shows no gameplay, but if you wanted to see how the handheld stacks up physically against other Nintendo portable devices, this is the video for you.
Although a Super Mario 64 DS cartridge is shown being inserted into the 3DS, the unit doesn’t appear to play retail games. Instead, it shows a data screen with SDK and memory info.
Interesting side –note about the memory; It looks like the prediction that the system would use 64 MB of RAM was a bit low, as the system shows 96 MB. This could mean that the system uses 96 MB, or that it uses 96 MB for gaming, and 36 MB for the OS and browser. Powerful stuff for a case that will easily fit in a pocket.

Good to see that not every Chinese factory leads to workers committing suicide.
