Gamervision Announces The Pwny Awards
For The Worst In Gaming, 2007
Over the holiday break, the (relatively) decent folks here at Gamervision found ourselves looking at the year that was in gaming. As many of you know, we already gave our accolades for the best in video games for 2007, so our thoughts turned to the opposite side of the coin. We decided that we should honor the worst in gaming; the people, games and companies that made the industry just a little bit crappier for all of us. The contributions of these legendary offenders were as impactful as any high quality game or service, so we felt that they should be recognize as well. What we came up with is a celebration of utter pwnage. These are the individuals and organizations that did a better job of pwning the gaming public than any other. I proudly present to you THE PWNY AWARDS.
Ain't they adorable? We’re packing them up and shipping them off to the worthy recipients as we speak. How they will react when they get them is anybody’s guess, but we certainly hope to anger at least a few high profile “honorees”. Obviously, we can't tell you who is nominated for which award yet, but be sure to stay tuned for full coverage of the PWNY’s later this month.

Command and Conquer 3 better be on there. Dear God that game sucked balls.
Oh, and since it'll be a secret...you should send a nice cuddly, patronizing unicorn to Bethesda studios for completely ruining Oblivion.
Total disappointment.
Oblivion was 2006. And it was named "Game of the Year" by just about everyone. What game are you playing? You sure it's not Two Worlds?
oooo i liked C&C 3. But then again i think something's wrong with me.
That is the best award I have ever seen. Hell, when I become a designer, I may well design a crappy game just to get one of those.
I lol'd hardcore at this. can't wait for the announcement n_n
Wow....simply wow. But wouldn't sending the developers a screenshot of Gene Wilder saying "You get NOTHING!" have been better(and cheaper?) xD Can't wait for the news :)
Great idea, developers need to know when they fail, if they even can from behind the stacks of money
Nice.
I wonder who's getting the pwny with the broken nose...
Yeah... so look who just wrote about this:
