Guess the Heroes, Win Some Stuff!

Built on the success of the X-Men Legends franchise, Marvel Ultimate Alliance surprised and delighted gamers and comic fans alike, as not only a fanboy’s dream, but as one of the best early releases of this console generation. With over 30 playable characters, a story that spanned the entirety of the Marvel Universe, and fast-paced, 4-player action-role playing, MUA received plenty of critical praise, and sold millions of copies.
Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2: Fusion is still a few months away, but we’ve decided to get everyone psyched up for its release with an official Gamervision contest. So far, 15 characters have been announced as playable in the sequel; Captain America, Daredevil, Hulk, Thing, Spider-Man, Wolverine, Mr. Fantastic, Human Torch, Invisible Woman, Storm, Iron Man, Luke Cage, Thor, Iron Fist, and Songbird. We know that there are still 9 characters left to be announced. Our question to you is; “Who else will be in Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2: Fusion?”
Using all your knowledge of the Marvel Universe and its characters (or Wikipedia), give us your list of the 9 remaining characters to be named as playable, and once Activision announces all of them, we’ll tally up the lists, see who was closest, and award them a prize. All you have to do is list your picks as a reply to this article, and you’ll be entered. One entry per person, of course (multiple entries will be ignored), and make sure it includes all 9 of your picks. In the case of a tie, the winners will be tested with Marvel trivia questions until a final winner can be decided.
The deadline for this contest will be the date of the next revealed character, so make sure to jump in now for your chance to win.

I was going to say the same characters as Voyou already pointed out. Well, with the exception of Silver Samurai. I was going to say Silver Surfer.
Are there villains yet to be announced, too? Maybe The Blob, Sentinels, Doctor Doom, and Magneto? This is my list of villains if they're to announce them, too.

From what I remember from the comics...
Bishop - Pro-Registration. In-game will likely face Wolverine to argue for the X-Men registering.
Green Goblin, Venom & Bullseye - Representing the Thunderbolts.
Cable & Hercules - Part of the Secret Avengers. Herc takes out the Thor clone (and is a total badass while doing so).
Ms. Marvel & Wonder Man - Vehemently pro-Registration. Wonder Man basically acts as poster boy.
Punisher - Anti-Registration. Saves Spider-Man in the sewers.
Note that I did not mention She-Hulk. While she was heavily involved, she didn't really do much combat. Wouldn't really make sense to add her as a playable character in a brawler. Note that I also did not add Cyclops, as he tried to stay neutral.
I'm probably way off, as Activision will probably just pick other, more popular heroes/villains and retcon them in to boost sales, but I believe my picks make sense.
1. Venom (pro-registration, lots of "fusion" potential, fan favorite)
2. Green Goblin (pro-registration, major player of the current storyline)
3. Deadpool (he's freakin deadpool)
4. Punisher (big part in civil war, and hasen't been done yet in these games)
5. giant man (big player on the pro-registration side. don't know what they could do with him for powers, but they could make him work)
6. cable (big player on the anti-registration side, lots of "fusion" potential)
7. dr. strange (neutral, but needed)
8.hercules (big player on the ani-registration side)
9. namor (anti-registration, can be given water powers for the sake of "fusion")
Other people I would like to see in but not part of my official list:
ghostrider, iceman, cyclops, bullseye, magneto, dr. doom, vision, ms. marvel, sentry.
aslo, will anyone other than me be totally upset if you can't have any character on your team at any time, or have the ability to replay levels with any team you want? I hope they don't keep the factions split, because my dream team in the first game was Ironman, Captain America, Spiderman and Thor
