GTA IV Intro Leaked?

Looks Legit To Me

by Veggie Jackson

Before you go and get too excited, please know that while this may in fact be the intro to GTA IV, there’s realy not much here to get too jacked about.  Someone, in some dark room, filmed themselves silently starting up the yet-to-be-released GTA IV in their PS3.  All we get to see is the intro, which consists of a flyover of whatever they’re caling Liberty City’s equivalent of the Hudson River, then the title splash.  Not much info, but it does seem to tickle that part of me that just can’t wait for April 29.  I call that part my torso, had, legs, arms and internal organs.  Enjoy the clip.  Remember, I’m not saying that this IS the GTA IV intro, just that it seems to be legit.  There’s a decent chance that this is actually a Rockstar-initiated leak, further priming the pump for what’s sure to be a monster hit.  Check it out and chime in with your thoughts.  Think it’s real?  Fake?  Intentionally leaked?  Speak up, folks.

Looks fake to me but who knows. Lots of little things bothering me about it.

Looks real enough to me... And in all honesty, I don't think that the GTA pump really needs any more priming.

I have mixed emotions about it. When it first starts it seems like a Final Fantasy game but, with the Take2 logo makes it seem legit. Honestly I think it's fake.

BIG departure from the stylish musical intro credits of the other three. I call bullshit...

It seems strange to me that Rockstar North logo is not blue and the text below it is in what I suppose is a GTA font. People are usually pretty strict about branding. Along the same lines is the GTA logo supposed to have a thin white border. Looks like it was cut out from somewhere else. Who knows?

I went to watch the video and was greeted with the friendly message, "We're sorry, this video is no longer available."

Bummer. Maybe this is the universe's way of telling me that I shouldn't be excited for/purchase this game [when it first comes out] seeing as how bored I got with GTA:SA.

If it's real, It's intentional. The release is nigh. It's The marketing vinegar stroke.

If it's not...the creator is pissing himself silly knowing a lot of people are having palpitations....
