Is Mass Effect 2 Coming to PS3 After All?
Plans All But Confirmed by BioWare

Earlier this week, EA announced that a listing on a Russian game retail site for PS3 versions of Mass Effect 2 and Left 4 Dead 2 was erroneous, and had the listing removed. Despite EA's efforts, BioWare may have just let a certain space-cat out of a certain space-bag. At the recent Poznan Game Arena, a gaming event in Poland, Jay Watamiuk of BioWare accidentally let it slip that Mass Effect 2 may be coming to the PS3.
While giving a presentation on the sequel to 2007’s epic action-rpg, Watamiuk mentioned the three platforms that BioWare was targeting for the title; Xbox 360, PC and “probably PS3.” Watamiuk soon realized his slip, and attempted to backpedal, stating that BioWare doesn’t comment on rumors and speculation.
Sorry, BioWare, but when your guy makes a statement like this, it isn’t speculation. While this isn’t confirmation of a PS3 version of the game, it pretty much confirms that it's being considered. It’s not totally unprecedented, but it would be a bit strange, considering the first game was published by Microsoft. EA holds the rights now, though, so anything’s possible. We’ll keep you updated on this extremely substantiated rumor as new details become available.

if this was true wouldn't they have released Mess Effect for the PS3 already since ME2 is coming out around January?
@slim: Maybe? Maybe Microsoft has exclusivity with that and not 2.
I'll probably still get this on the 360
I'll probably skip it for a few months since I let the original sit for a while when I had it. If I do get it, I'm putting it on a list this time. Just a long game and no time at the moment for long games.
