And we have a tie!  With the announcement of the final playable characters in Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2, our MUA2 character contest comes to a close, and we have a three way tie for first place! With a total of four correct guesses, InSaneTwig, Mikhailov, and NickDynmo all tied for first place, which means this thing comes down to a Marvel trivia tie-breaker!  A trivia question will be sent to the finalists, and each will have three days to answer it.  If there is still a tie, another, more difficult question will be sent, and so on until we have a winner. 

The naming of different exclusive characters for the high and low-definition versions of the game confused matters a bit, but since we didn’t specify which systems to which the contest applied, we decided to count all the final characters; Iceman, Cyclops, Psylocke, and Blade.  These four join the other eight characters announced since the contest’s start; Green Goblin, Venom, Ms. Marvel, Penance, Gambit, Deadpool, Juggernaut, and Jean Grey.  NickDynmo had this thing wrapped up until the 11th hour, when InSaneTwig and Mikhailov both snuck in with their picks of Cyclops and Iceman.  Cable, the time-displaced mutant telekinetic son of Cyclops, was picked by all three finalists, but didn’t make the list.  Other popular-but-snubbed characters include Ghost Rider, Elektra, Punisher, and Hercules.
