Activision finally announced the last playable characters for Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2, and to showcase the PS3 and 360’s final addition, Iceman, they have released this gameplay trailer featuring everyone’s favorite frosty X-Man.

No huge surprises here; it looks like he still freezes stuff and zips around on improbable ice-slides.  We do get to see a couple of his Fusion attacks, but even those are kind of what we expected.  Iceman looks nice, though, and it should be very useful to have a character that can slow down oncoming enemies.  It sure helped last time around.

Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 is set for an August 16 release.
