We only reported on the existence of the newest DLC pack for Mass Effect, “Pinnacle Station,” yesterday, and already we’re back talking about it.  Today’s news; it’s out.

Yes, BioWare snuck one in on us, and released the Fight Club-inspired content pack without letting anyone know in advance.  The pack is priced at 400 ($5), and features 2-3 hours of combat-intensive content, as well as new planets, characters, weapons, armor, and even a new, as-of-yet unseen alien race.  I’ll be picking it up as soon as I get home, and I’ll get around to playing it a month from now when I finally stop playing Batman: Arkham Asylum for more than three seconds.
