Pro Wrestler Is Really Excited About Wrestling Game
Also, Body Waxing
First, TNA wrestler Christian Cage started rambling incessantly/blogging for Gametap, and now we've got Olympic gold-medalist and TNA and WWE alum Kurt Angle chiming in on the state of wrestling games. What's he got to say? Well, he is all about TNA iMPACT!, he doesn't much care for his former employer, Vince McMahon, and he's completely delusional about TNA's actual impact. Said the thick-necked ruffian:
“Midway made us all care about [the game - TNA iMPACT!], because it made us all realize how important the video game industry is for our sport. WWE don’t care. They just want to put something together, hurry it up and get it out there just to make money. We spent a lot of money to make this the most authentic wrestling game ever, and we did it. This thing is going to be the biggest hit of any video game ever, especially in the wrestling industry. [TNA iMPACT!] is the most authentic wrestling game ever made. The game is so realistic, it looks like our television show. Within two or three years, TNA is going to be the biggest company in the wrestling world, and this game is going to be our kick-off.” - Kurt Angle
Well, Kurt may be a bit off-base with the whole "biggest hit of any video game ever"; TNA iMPACT! averages about one million viewers, so each of those fans would have to buy 8 or 9 copies of the game just to beat Call of Duty 4, last year's biggest title. That number goes up to 41 copies per fan if they want to beat Super Mario Bros. I wish them luck, and, honestly, I hope they do to the stale WWE franchise what Skate did to Tony Hawk, but try to show a little sense of perspective, Kurt.

Except that TNA is a low-budget RAW. ;D
Angle is right! "WWE don't care!"
Don't nobody not never tell you that WWE do care, cause Kurt said it: WWE DON'T CARE!
