The formerly Xbox 360 exclusive Lost Planet: Extreme Condition will be getting a new playable character when it arrives for the PS3 on February 26.  Just like in the PC version, players will have access to main character Wayne, supporting character Joe, Dead Rising star Frank West and Capcom icon Mega Man.  The PS3 version introduces Snow Pirate Luka as a playable character.

How exciting is this?  On a scale of 1-10, I’ll give it a “meh.”  It does provide some small incentive to buy the PS3 version, but after the awful PC port, you might want to give this one a rental first when it comes out.
