Rumor: Third Party Characters Coming To LittleBigPlanet
Including Disney
The most recent issue of EGM is reporting that characters from non-Sony published games will be downloadable for the upcoming 2.5D platform/construction title, LittleBigPlanet. We’ve heard no official word from Sony, but he article states that Disney characters, along with other third-party properties, will be included in future DLC packs. With Sony having already revealed their Nariko and Kratos Sackboy characters, the idea of including other companies’ IP’s isn’t much of a stretch, but, for now, this is still a rumor until somebody at Soy (or Disney) confirms it. Fun to think of the possibilities, though, isn’t it?
So who would you want to see make an appearance in LittleBigPlanet? Spider-Man? Ash, from Evil Dead? Mario? That would be awesome, but it’ll never, EVER happen. Never.

actually i would like EVERYONE... get all the disney characters, get ash, wolverine, etc.. screw mario... this would be a smart move by sony.
Master Chief would be pretty cool, but that will never happen. George Lucas likes whoring out the Star Wars franchise, so I wouldn't be surprised to see a Stormtrooper, Vader, or.....eww, Yoda Sackboy pop up. SD Gundam Sackboys would be pretty sweet too, or any other badass robots on that note (Iron Man). HOORAY FOR ROBOTS!!!
I would love a full pack of characters from literature. Count of Monte Cristo, Oliver Twist, Tom Sawyer, Jesus, Odysseus, Sherlock Holmes...
I wouldn't mind seeing some Jack Nicholson shades and a huge Borat smirk [with that crazy looking hairdo and mustache]. Maybe some anime characters, but then again, aren't in the video game mainstream unless it's Pokemon or any of those card game anime.
