Attendees of this week’s E3 expo will be the first to get their hands on “Fury,” the first DLC expansion pack for Sony’s futuristic racer, WipEout HD, Sony announced today.  The expansion includes 8 new tracks, which doubles the number of total tracks, as well as 13 new ships, which more than doubles that count.  “Fury” will also include three new game types; the combat-heavy “Eliminator” mode, the kart racing-inspired “Zone Battle,” and the mine-blasting “Detonator” mode.

No announcements yet as to a release date or price for the DLC pack, but this week is E3, so I expect to hear more details as the expo kicks into gear.
